Our mission is to provide you with information about how to enjoy the local wildlife, including tips on IDing our wild friends, which of them you’re most likely to find where, and how you can enjoy North Louisiana’s public spaces.
Whether you’re looking for a new spot to fish, a good place to hunt, or a picturesque trail to hike, North Louisiana has you covered. We’ve got dozens of lakes and rivers, over a million acres of federal- and state-maintained land, and loads of local parks that are open to the public for a few dollars per visit, plus your fishing or hunting license or WMA All Access Pass.
